• 1. Is the production process transparent?

  Our factory produces transparent and visible products, and can promptly send customers photos and videos of the production process. Real time video calls can also be made with customers to keep them informed of every step of production.

• 2. Does it comply with environmental standards?

  The production process is equipped with a dust collection system (emission meets national standards), with a broken glass recovery rate of over 90%.Some products use lead-free technology. Glass packaging containers can be 100% recycled. The recovery rate of broken glass exceeds 90%. The production process needs to be equipped with a dust collection system, with emissions meeting national standards.

  Encourage the use of lightweight technology (lightweighting degree ≤ 1.0).

• 3. Does it support OEM/ODM customization?

  We accept various customizations, from the selection of cup shapes, glass surface craftsmanship to the customization of gift boxes.

• 4. Do you provide samples?

  Samples can be provided upon request. Customers need to pay the freight of samples.

• 5. What is the minimum order quantity for your product?

  1. Regular products: The minimum order quantity is 2000 pieces.

  2. Handmade products: The minimum order quantity is 5000 pieces.

  3. New mold production line: The minimum order quantity is 50000 pieces.

• 6. What is the delivery time for your product?

  For regular products, It usually takes approximately 25 days.

• 7. What is your mode of transportation?

  It really depends on the logistics way (Air, Sea, Land) you choose and the effectiveness of logistics service providers.

• 8. What are your payment terms?

  The payment term we prefer are T/T (30% Deposit and 70% Balance against B/L Copy) and L/C, except high-risk countries and districts.

• 9. How do you control the quality?

  Products usually go through our strict quality control system before shipment, which includes four processes: raw material quality inspection, manual optical inspection, packaging quality testing, and warehouse inspection.
